Biographical Notes:
Julia Ann Burnet was the daughter of Isaac G. Burnett who served as mayor of Cincinnati for 14 years. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, August 29, 1812. She married Seneca Austin in 1841 and had five children. She died while on a visit to Delhi, OH and is buried there.
