Biographical Notes:
Hetty Bull Hosford, daughter of Amos and Esther Bull Hosford, of Berlin, Connecticut was born November 24, 1786. In September of 1806 she married Walter Dean Smith, Esq., of Hartford, Connecticut. The couple had two children during their marriage, a daughter and a son. Hetty Bull Hosford Smith passed away on June 3, 1856.
