Biographical Notes:
Mary Fairchild Adams was born May 7, 1698. On March 7, 1728 he wed Samuel Adams, a lawyer and judge in Stratford, Connecticut. The couple later moved to Litchfield, Connecticut, where Samuel assisted his son Andrew with his extensive legal practice. Mary Fairchild Adams passed away in Litchfield on August 29, 1803 at the age of 105.
