Signed by Oliver Wolcott and Lynde Lord, Society Committee in Litchfield in [missing] 1773, and in Jan 1777 by Reuben Smith and Edward Phelps, Committee & Abraham Bradley, treasurer.There are expenses for Rate Bill collection by Thomas Catlin, abatements, and receipt for [Rev. Judah] Champion's salary.
