Brief Description: An order from Isaac Baldwin, Justice of Peace of Litchfield County, to Solomon Marsh, of Litchfield, collector of the ministers rate of Litchfield, to collect the minister's rate due to Rev. Judah Champion. Any person refusing to pay is to be taken to the County jail.
