Brief Description: Asa Bacon, Jr., Justice of the Peace of Litchfield County (Conn.) instructs the Sheriff of New Haven County to attach the goods of William Perkins of Waterbury and have him appear before Asa Bacon, Jr. to answer a claim by Hepseba Youngs of Litchfield. Perkins possesses some rye belonging to the plaintiff and refuses to deliver it to her.
