Noyes, all of New York City, for a piece of property on North Street and West Broadway.  The property was formerly owned by William Curtis Noyes.  Rachael T. Whitehead and Emily Noyes Vanderpoel were the children of William Curtis Noyes.  Julia F. Noyes was their mother, and William Curtis Noyes' widow.  Charles E. Whitehead was the husband of Rachael T. Whitehead.
