Brief Description:

The Isabel C. Rylander Papers, 2008-14-0, includes a Department of Motor Vehicles license plate envelope from post-1950, two mailing envelopes with Isabel C. Rylander listed in the return adddress as Tax Collector of the Town of Litchfield, and a small photograph clipping, that may be the Connecticut Assembly and may include Isabel Rylander. Also a membership card for the Litchfield County Sheriff's Association, 1964-1965.

Isabel C. Rylander (1906-1986) was a Republican politician who served in the Connecticut Legislature and was Town Clerk of the Town of Litchfield. She was married to Arthur Rylander.
